Premium locally grown grain finished, dry aged beef sold here in Maryville Tn.
Our beef is born and raised here on pastures in the foothills of the Great Smokey Mountains. We grain finish the beef on grain we grow and mix on our farm. We use the closest USDA inspected processor and sell cuts and ground beef frozen by the pound out of our USDA inspected freezer.
